What is the length of a marketing contract? Am I locked in for a year?

Our marketing agreements are designed to be flexible and adaptable to your specific needs and goals. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts, such as a full year (unless that’s your preference!).

We typically recommend an initial contract term of three to six months to allow sufficient time to implement and assess the effectiveness of our strategies. Following this term, we operate on a month-to-month basis.

Ultimately, our goal is to provide you the flexibility to adjust and optimize your marketing strategy as needed, ensuring that you always get the best results and value for your investment.

Who do I contact if I need an update or have an issue with my website?

Submit a support ticket to the Stellaractive Support Team by filling out our online support form. 

I’m not sure if I am receiving my form notifications. What do I do?

From your website’s dashboard, go to the Forms tab and click Entries to see recent submissions. If entries appear there but no email notifications were received, there may be an issue with your form settings or email delivery. If your site uses the WP Mail SMTP plugin, open WP Mail SMTPEmail Log to check for failed messages. If you’d like our team to review or adjust your settings, please submit a support request by emailing support@stellaractive.com.

How can I update my billing information?

If you’re a billing contact with client portal access, log into the Stellaractive Client Portal and click Manage Payment Method in the top right. If you need help adding or removing a payment method, email billing@stellaractive.com.
