What the company stands for or believes. If you don’t have a formal statement you don’t necessarily need to craft one, but perhaps a couple of short sentences that get to the heart of the matter
What energy do you want people to come away with when they see the brand and interact with it? What is the message they should come away with when they read the text in the context of the site? Again, this can take the form of a short paragraph or a list of descriptors, or some of both. Energetic? Modern? Friendly? Approachable?
What does your ‘ideal customer’ look like? Are there a couple of customer profiles that you can provide with very brief descriptions? Any demographics that apply to the majority of your customer base?
